When purchasing from our website you have acknowledged that you have read, fully understand and agree to the Terms Of Sale below:
Most items ship within 48 hours, unless a different time to leave the warehouse is noted otherwise on the product webpage you order from (and on your invoice). We make no guarantees as to the exact date of product arrival. However most standard shipments deliver in most cases with 2-8 business days. Items that are too large and or heavy for standard ground service will be delivered via freight carrier, please allow 7-10 days for freight deliveries. Orders are generally delivered after shipment within this timeframe, but all orders delivered within 30 days from shipment will be considered on time by the customer and Pool Splash. Custom manufactured items are considered on time if manufacturing is completed with 180 days (custom inground pool liners & custom inground pool covers).
Delivery & Shipping Methods
Products will deliver using several different shippers. We use Fed Ex, UPS, United States Postal Service and Common Freight Carriers.
Occasionally backorders do occur. All orders will be processed in the least amount of time possible.
For questions before or after your purchase please feel free to contact out technical support staff. Our knowledgeable support team can help you with any questions you may have.
If for any reason you receive an incorrect shipment (our mistake) it will be replaced with the correct item absolutely free of charge. Sometimes mistakes happen, & we will gladly fix it. Any merchandise that arrives damaged in shipping will also be replaced, free of charge! Simply notify Pool Splash within 14 days from date of delivery so we can file a shipping claim & have the order reshipped. In most cases images of the package delivered will be required to receive replacement.
We accept returns on most items for up to 30 Calendar days from the date of delivery of unopened and unused merchandise. Pool liners are returnable unopened for up to 10 days from delivery. Merchandise that has been opened, used, or damaged is not eligible for return. We do not accept returns after 30 days from the delivery date (10 days for stock pool liners). Any returned merchandise and the amount billed will be refunded back to the original payment method used, less a 30% restocking fee, and actual charges incurred to ship the merchandise to you. You will be responsible to send the merchandise back, using any shipment method you choose.
A Return Authorization is required to return merchandise from your order. Please contact us to receive a Return Authorization number if your ordered merchandise is eligible for return. Returns made without Return Authorization, and accompanied by the Return Authorization Number clearly written on the package will not be accepted and refused.
Non-Returnable (Customized / Made To Order Items & Pools)
Customized / made per order items such as (but not limited to) custom pool liners and custom pool covers are non-returnable as they were made per the specifications provided or selected at time of ordering.
Swimming pools are non-returnable. Parts such as O-rings and gaskets are also non returnable.
Defective Merchandise / Warranty
All merchandise is backed by a manufacturer warranty in the event that the product is defective. In many cases, but not always, we can assist with warranty claims within the first 30 days after receiving the product. Please fill out the contact form on our website for assistance. After 30 days from delivery warranty claims and questions are handled directly by the manufacturer. Please refer to your warranty information that is included with the product.
As we are not the manufacturer of the products we sell, Pool Splash does not offer or express any warranty for the goods we offer. The warranties shown for the products we sell are manufacturer direct warranties. To view the details of your warranty see the warranty paperwork delivered with the item. In some cases we can keep this information on file for you, and you always must register and retain the information for your personal records when required.
Incorrect or defective merchandise must be packed and ready for pick-up in order to be considered for replacement under warranty. If you receive an incorrect or defective product and attempt to install it we are not responsible for any costs incurred during installation or removal.
Once an order is placed we generally are not able to absolutely guarantee cancellation of an order. You may contact us to request the cancellation of your order, but understand any contact made is just a request to cancel your order. If your order is successfully cancelled, we will provide a cancellation confirmation number. Your order will not be considered canceled by Pool Splash or the customer unless the customer receives a cancellation confirmation number. Any order that is not confirmed as canceled is still considered an in process order. All successfully canceled orders are subject to a 30% cancellation charge.
Custom product orders that have been received and have made their way to the design phase of the manufacturing process are subject to a 30% cancellation fee to cover the cost of designing the custom item.
Custom order items that have entered the production phase can not be cancelled once manufacturing has begun.
We work hard to ensure that you receive the products you order in a timely manner. As a result, orders often ship out within one or two days of ordering so it's important to check your order for accuracy before submitting it. If for any reason we try to deliver your package and you refuse shipment, you will be refunded less the actual cost to ship the item, as well as a 30% restocking fee. All damaged shipments will be replaced and reshipped free of charge.
Product Branding & Use Of Brand Names
In some cases we are asked to not use the actual manufacturer's name when marketing our products online. This is mainly because we sell products for so much less the the manufacturer's MSRP and minimum advertised price program, that the prices we sell products at would highly upset another dealer who may be marketing the same item, who does not buy as many of that specific product as we do, and pays significantly more than we do and sells for a much higher price.
In other cases we may purchase so many of an item, that is the exact same item, but for marketing purposes online rebrand the item, simply to make your shopping experience easier.
In some rare cases a product ordered may be out of stock or unavailable. When this happens we will do our best to substitute a product of equal or greater value.
